Once your pickups are connected, the 3-way switch functions as a standard Tele® with a master volume pot first and the master tone pot toward the rear.
Connection is easy. All you need is a screwdriver and a soldering iron. Directions are included in the package and are easy to follow.
This control plate should be grounded to your guitar by utilizing the bridge ground and body ground wires that should be on your guitar from the factory. If you're building a new guitar from scratch then you will have to source some 22 gauge ground wire.
